Terms of service
By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We offer mobile car detailing services including interior, exterior, and full detail packages. All services are performed to the best of our ability based on the condition of the vehicle.
2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change based on the size, condition, and level of service required. Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection of the vehicle.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and location. If applicable, access to water and electricity may be required unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or mechanical issues. While we take great care, some results may vary depending on the condition and materials of the vehicle.
7. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
8. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.
